Secure FileDrop Instructions

The college’s Secure FileDrop system allows you to securely upload files. Please use the below directions to upload documents to the Office of Financial Aid.

With a Login

  1. Go to our Secure Site at https://filedrop.kzoo.edu.
  2. Click the orange Login button. Login with your username and password.
  3. Click the orange Drop-Off button
  4. On the next page, an Add Recipients pop-up will appear. In the email field, enter finaid@kzoo.edu and then click the Add & Close button.
  5. Upload files by dragging files to the screen or by clicking the Click to Add Files button.
  6. After adding files, they will appear in a list with the filename and size. You can add a description to the file if desired as well.
  7. Click the Drop-off Files button to submit.
  8. After submitting the files, a summary page will appear that shows the name of the documents, file size, recipient, and comments.

Without a Login

  1. Go to our Secure Site at https://filedrop.kzoo.edu.
  2. Click the orange Drop-off button.
  3. Enter your name, organization (if applicable), and email address. Check the I’m not a robot box and complete the CAPTCHA. A green check mark will appear after the box is checked and the CAPTCHA is completed. Then click the Send confirmation button.
  4. You will receive an email from our secure FileDrop service. Click the link at the bottom of the email to continue the drop-off process.
  5. After clicking the link you will be brought to a page with an Add Recipients pop-up. In the email field, enter finaid@kzoo.edu and then click the Add & Close button.
  6. Upload files by dragging files to the screen or by clicking the Click to Add Files button.
  7. After adding files, they will appear in a list with the filename and size. You can add a description to the file if desired as well.
  8. Click the Drop-off Files button to submit.
  9. After submitting the files, a summary page will appear that shows the name of the documents, file size, recipient, and comments.
